OK, this has been my favorite so far!!! Love the vibe of this tour. The entire set up is beautiful.

I had Cronns, and (3)doctors told me quit eating fiber!? I then read a Chinese medicinal book. Eat starches!!! 25 years later NO Cronns!!! Every body is different! Rice and noodles, really helped out my Cronns, and was surprised when told I no longer had it!!! Hope this can help you too!!!
